What Does My Pelvic Organ Scan Report Indicate?

I have just got my pelvic organ scan done. My ovaries appear enlarged with small peripheral cysts with a central echogenic stroma. Right ovary is 20.8cc and left ovary is 14.79cc. I am told I have PCOS. I am currently on metformin and folic acid tabs and vitamin E. Will I be able to conceive in the near future? What does echogenic stroma mean and what is the normal size of ovaries in a woman?
