General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
From the follicular study report you have posted, it appears that your fertility index is quite low. This is because of the following observations:
1. Your cycle is prolonged by a week.
2. Right ovary has only one follicle, which seems to be alright with size.
3. Left ovary has multiple small follicles, which is acceptable.
4. Endometrial thickness is little less to take up implantation.
Hence, even if you time during this cycle, chances of conceiving seems poor.
Since you are already on medication, continue and get your next scan done.
Then you can consult Gynecologist, who could prescribe proper medications to put your cycles regular so that you start ovulating at right time and improve the chances for conceiving.
Hope the information provided would be useful.
All the best.
