What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Lateral and inferior to the left ovary is a tubulocystic strcuture, thick-walled, anechoic with incomplete septations measuring 3.6 x 3.3 x 2.2 cm., probably inflammatory in nature. Please can someone explain what this means? Thank you so much in advance.
