Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest that there are few calcific granulomas in different locations of the brain.
2.The granulomas does not show any active infection - present symptoms could be other systemic causes and also excessive alcohol can be one of the cause.
3.The granulomas could be old treated infection or parasitic infection ( tuberculosis )
4.Try to stop the patient taking alcohol and try to treat underlying medical condition.
5.Follwup scans 6months - 1 year for the brain lesions.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
