What Does My Endoscopy Test Report Indicate?
sir my endoscopy report says that i have antral erosive gastritis with solitary erosions and rapid urease test is positive.......my doctor prescribed me omeprazole hp kit for 10 days and then pantodac dsr for further 20 days....how to take the dosage of hp kit he didnt say whether before or after food.....please tell in details.....whether these medicines will clear my problem and infection permanently......should i take vitamin tablets also while taking hp kit ...i am 25 years old male...

the rapid urease test positive in your report indicate infection with H.plylori which is the most common cause for ulcerations in stomach.
for this your doctor has correctly prescribed the Hp kit.
hp kit contains omeprazole,amoxicillin and tinidazole each two tabs.
one kit has to be taken daily in the morning before food.
you have to take one kit daily for ten days.
after this take pantodac dsr half hour befor breakfast for 20 dyas.
these medications will definitely solve your problem. donot worry.
