What Does My Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Hello, my name is Sandra and I am trying to understand how short segment barretts oesophagus, 6 months ago endoscopy showed changes in the cells, for 6 months I have been taking pantaprozole and yesterday I had a follow up endoscopy, the results say that the oesophagel mucosal changes... 0.5cm in length now.... also there are small tongues at 3 and 7 oclock... biopsies were taken and I am awaiting the results... Can you explain what are the odds of getting cancer?
