What Does My Colonoscopy Report Indicate?

Hi ,I am a 23 year old lady i had a colonoscopy a month ago. Colonoscopy report says - in terminal ileum there are many aphthous ulcer (1-2 mm diameter) and the other things are normal. Pathological report says - Non - specific ileit. Non chronic Blood tests are normal. My symptoms occasional diarrhea (and lose weight. Doctor said it might be crohn s but he is not sure.gave me 3*1 budenofalk and 4*1 pentasa.Diarrhea stopped.I used efexor 150 mg for 13 months and i stopped to use it. Is that antidepressants can cause these ulcers ? Now i can not sure Am i a crohn s patient or not.Is there a way to surely know this? Thank you..

Hi and welcome.
Well, to confirm Crihns, there should be biopsy taken and these ulcers are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease such as Crhns or ulcerative colitis. YOu should do MRi scan of abdomen and barium imaging of small bowel for better visualization. Antridepressants daont cause this, these may just help by reducing stress. Wish you good health. Regards
