What Does My Blood Test Report Reveal?

Sir, My blood test report contain the below results. What is the result, Please give. HB : 11.0 Gms TC :7500 Cells/Cu mm DC POLY : 51% LYMPH: 36% EISONO: 5% AEC : 482 Cells/ Cu mm ESR : Half an hour 06 mm 1 hr 18 mm My blood test report shown the above result. what is the diesease may be affect me.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
1. The interpretation of blood report is as follows:
The hemoglobin level is normal however, at lower end. You have not mentioned your sex since value of 11 gm% is low for males and low-normal for females.
2. The TLC is 7500 and this value is within normal limits.
3. The differential counts (DLC) is also within normal limits, poly-51% and lymph-36% and eosino-5%.
4. The absolute eosinophil count (AEC) is aslo within normal limits at 482 cells per cubic mm.
5. The ESR in first hour is normal at 18mm in case of females and high in case of males.
High ESR is seen in chronic inflammatory conditions.
