What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hello over taken a home pregnancy test and it was very positive. However my blood work was negative with a beta of 3.93! I take some medications which I will list, just wondering if my medications could cause a false positive HPT? I take, lexapro, lostartan, metformin, clonazepam, hydrochlorothiazide, and a prenatal vitamin. Just looking for answers!
