Hi,
Increasing of SGOT and SGPT of liver function test and having treatment for breast cancer indicates that there might be having hepato-toxicity due to medicine taking for breast cancer.
Spreading of secondary in liver also kept in mind.
Consult your treating doctor and discuss about this problem.
Ultra sound of abdomen will give more clear clue about your problem.
Ok and take care.
