What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I am 30 years male and have thyroid since last 3 years ( TSH has always been in 12-23 range). Latest results are: T3 103 , T2 5.80 & TSH 21 Have been taking thyronorm 50 mcg since three years, should I continue doing the same OR should I change to Thyronorm 100 mcg. Also is it okay to take Amway s nutrilite Cal-Mag-D supplement ?
