What Does My Blood Report Mean?

Hi, my hb level 9.6. PCV level 28.5. Platelet count 114.0. Serum Uric Acid 6.4. Serum creatinine 0.9. RA Level 12.1. Pus cells in urine 6-8/hpf. Epithelial cells in urine 4-6/hpf. My age is 55 yrs. Female I regularly takes Ditide tablet in morning and Metolar tablet at night since 5 years for hypertension. My b.p is 160/100

Hi,
From the report, available, I can say that you are moderate anemia with mild low platelet count.
Pus cells are more and indicates urinary tract infection. Try to get a urine culture and sensitivity done.
RA level does not indicate anything in isolation, but with symptoms of joint pain, might identify the causes.
Blood pressure is high and needs to be brought down as it increased risk of stroke or myocardial infarction.
