What Does My X-ray Report Mean?

hi, my x-ray report says that Thick broncho vascular marking are noted consistent with infective bronchitic changes. As cardiac size and aorta, hilar and mediastinal shadow, costophrenic angle, domes of diaghphragm and bony thoracic cage appears normal. what does it means???

Thanks for writing to HCM

Increased bronchovascular markings in lungs may be due to many reasons like infection,age related etc.You need clinical correlation.
Both CP angles are clear.There is no e/o pleural effusion.
Both domes of diaphragm appears normal.
Cardiac size,mediastinum and aorta appears normal.
Bony thorax also appears normal.
