General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have read your question.
Hazy densities at upper border of lungs may suggest a Tubercular change.however a definative diagnosis of TB cannot be made without any history of low grade fever, cough and weight loss.
I would suggest a patient with similar X-ray findings and relevant clinical history to get some lab investigations done, that include CBC, ESR and
Mantaux test.
Wish you good health.
