What Does My X-ray Conclude?

My X ray pa gives conclusions
1. fibro calcific lessions seen in the right upper zone & left upper & mid zone.
2. the left lung shows paucity of the vessels.
3. the mediastinum is shifted to the left with suspicious.
4. collapse of the left lower lobe/linguals.
5. plural cavities are clear.
6. heart size is normal.

please give the what is the actual disease and solution...

These changes are commonly seen in lung fibrosis a condition in which the lung tissue is damaged due to infection(most commonly tuberculosis) post which it is replaced by fibrous tissue and calcium.If you have cough with expectoration/weight loss/evening rise of temperature then it is most suggestive of Tuberculosis and you have to be treated with anti tubercular drugs for 6 to 9 months.Consult your doctor.Hope this answers your questions.
