What Does My OGCT Report At 24 Weeks Of Pregnancy Mean?

Good day!
I would like to ask about the result of my OGCT (50grams glucose drink).
I'm from Philippines, 32 years old, now on my 24th weeks of pregnance but upon taking the test i'm on my 22nd weeks pregnancy.
My results show's 8.1 {(ppPt) S}
What does it means, I have diabetes?
Is it that very risky?

Thanks...

Thanks for asking to healthcaremagic.I understand your concern.
Brief answer:Not risky
Detailed answer:
According to me,your OGCT report can be considered normal if the blood sample was taken 1 hr after glucose ingestion.However OGTT with standard 75 or 100 grams are preferred to diagnose diabetes.I would advise you to discuss with your treating doctor for considering a repeat test with standard 75gms glucose if feasible.Hope i have answered your query.If any questions,happy to answer you.
