What Does My MRI Report Mean?

Yes, I just got my MRI done for Lumbar Spine, it shows the below impression, can you help me understand this. 1. Diffuse disc herniation with focal annular tear at L5-S1 level, narrowing spinal canal, lateral recess causing compression on thecal sac traversing nerve roots. 2. Diffuse disc bulges at C4-C5, C5-C6 levels, narrowing spinal canal, lateral recess and mild compression on anterior subarachnoid space, traversing nerve roots.
