hello I m a 39 yr old female that got a EKG today and here are my results that I need help understanding Sinus tachycardia / possible inferior infarct 35 Q 40 ms in aVF with Q in II III minor infeiro repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct flat or low negative T in AVF with negative T in III

EKG shows changes due to increase in heart rate. Are you having any thyroid problem?. You should visit a cardiologist with the EKG and get evaluated further.
