What Does My EKG Report Result Indicate?

I had a EKG done, and the results are : Marked left axis deviation. RSR in V1 and V2, low QRS voltage in precordial leads. I am a 31yr woman, healthy, 5 9 and 145 lb. Don t smoke/drink or anything like that. I was just wondering if this is a normal EKG. Thanks ! Jess ( I had the EKG due to sharp chest pains, that come and go, started when I was a kid. It happens to have gotten worse lately so figured I d get it checked out. )
