I am 55 years old male. My ECG says: sinus rhythm. Left axis deviation. Minor inferior repolarization disturbance. Flat or low negative T in aVF with negative T in III. Hello,

Looking at the ECG it seems to be not a major problem. Slight left axis deviation which indicates either your blood pressure is little higher than normal.

T waves inversion may be borderline but depending on your age I suggest you simple steps before meeting cardiologist.

1. lifestyle modification-walking, exercises at least half an hour per day
2. diet-low salt, less spicy and oily food, include more of green vegetables, well hydration
3. consume vitamin B12 and vitamin E daily once
4. check your blood pressure, sugars meanwhile and note it down
5. these all decreases stress and controls blood pressure, as well as sugars.

Hope the information guides you well before cardiologist consultation which is always better to rule out major health issues. Hence general health check-up every once in a year is advisable to track and monitor health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
