What Does My ECG Report Indicate?

Hi, I had a ECG done this morning, the staffs at the clinic said I am OK but i realised that it says Normal sinus rhythm, Rightward axis, Plumonary disease pattern and abnormal ECG on my printing report. I looked up Pulmonary disease and it can be related to the lung, but I had no symptomes of obvious chest pain nor shortness of breath before. I went back to find out more from the staff and they said doctor had looked at my ECG and he said i probably had a minor lung problem before but my heart is ok. My readings are as follow: QRS 104ms, QT/QTcBaz 360/459ms, PR 156ms, P 98ms, RR/RR 612/612ms, P/QRS/T 80/100/61 degrees. Blood pressure is 139/78 I am 38 years old, male. am I really ok or should I get a second consultation from other doctors? Any advise will be VERY MUCH appreciated! thanks in advance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I can understand your concern.

Let me solve your doubts one by one.
1. QRS duration - normal
2. QTc - slightly prolonged
3. PR duration - normal
4. P wave - normal
5. RR interval - normal
6. Axis - Right axis deviation
7. B.P - high normal
8. Sinus rhythm - normal

It would have been easier to comment had I seen the ECG.

An abnormal EKG requires further evidence. It is tool for diagnosis with other tests, clinical evidence and symptoms .

Do not worry.

If you have symptoms like chest pain , breathlessness , palpitation report to the emergency.

Hope this helps.
Post any other question. We will be happy to help.
Have a nice day. Regards.
