What Does My ECG Report Indicate?

I have had 2 echocardiograms that show signs of pulmonary hypertension. I had a right heart cath done, but could not be completed due to me coughing. Can an accurate diagnoses been given to rule out pulmonary hypertension if the test was incomplete. The part where I did exercise was the part that was not completed. Thank you.
