What Does My CT Scan Suggest?

I had a CT scan and it states that my bladder and seminal vesicles are "Grossly Normal". What is Grossly Normal? How can anything be Grossly Normal?
It also states that there are a few Diverticula from the sigmoid colon but no Diverticulitis. Are these two the same or different?

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Seminal vesicles may be more or less big and this means that there are no pathologic features which could indicate tumors for example, but there is only bigger size of vesicles which is not indicating any pathology so you should not be worried.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
