Hi
Pneumonia causes lung consolidation and the consolidation lesions do not disappear immediately the infection is taken care of.Slight consolidation in lungs after is normal and will disappear with time. The lymph node could still be reactive lymph node.Just compare the size on the second CT to the first. If the size is smaller then it is no cause for concern It will disappear in due time.If it is instead bigger compared to the first CT, then your lung expert will have to investigate it.
Hope my answer will help clear your doubts
Best regards
