What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?

I have had a ...CT scan w/contrast....esophageal study/Barium w/contrast...endoscopy...colonoscopy.....mammogram...multiple chest and abdomen x-rays............no MRI yet...anyway...nothing was found to explain a very extreme pain right around the bottom of sternum around the esophagus/stomach section........pain is not consistent with any stress or worries....the pain comes at all times....even if I m happy.....the only constant in the whole picture is that when I drink cold fluids ....sometimes it brings on the pain bad......spasm/pain.......it is killing me with pain......Amyltripiline 25..sometimes 50 mgs will hide the pain......does this mean anything...that this drug kills most the pain?.....and please give me possible causes or disorders......physically and mentally....thank you

As you suggested that the precipitating factor for your pain is the ingestion of cold fluids, it points towards esophageal dysphagia.
The causes include motility disorders or mechanical obstructing lesions.
Inconclusive radiographs and CT rules out mechanical obstructions.
And motility disorders are generally picked up on Barium studies.

Get a Caridac Echo done to rule out any problems related to the heart and vessels.
A testing of serum-amylase levels will be helpful to rule out pancreatitis (unlikely).

And try to avoid drinking too cold/hot beverages.
