What does 'morphology: 32% normal, pus cells: 8-10 per hpf, r.b.c: an occassional'mean?

hi doctor, i am male, 31 years, height 6 feet, weight 68 kg, un married, i was diagnosed with hypogondaism with low testosterone levels for which i am advises to take injections at 3 weekly intervals named sustanon 250, i was advises for sperm analysis the results of which are: qty:5.0ml, liquified: 10mins, colour:greyish white, reaction:alkaline, spermcount:<10000 per/ml, motility at 1/2 hrs: 56%,motility at 4 hrs: 35%, motility at 8hrs: 29%, morphology: 32% normal, pus cells: 8-10 per hpf, r.b.c: an occassional. Please interpret the findings, currently i am being treated under an endroconologist

You are on right track that you are consulting an endocrinologist. Your semen report shows abnormally low sperm count and fertility percent is very low at this count. All other parameters of semen report appear normal except presence of 8 - 10 pus cells per high power field. If your semen sample was not contaminated then presence of pus cells is suggestive of infection and this can be treated.
As you mentioned you have been diagnosed with hypogonadism and low sperm count in your report appears to be due to hypogonadism. In my opinion you should take testosterone injections as suggested by your doctor your sperm count is expected to increase with this.
