General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding your ultrasound results that showed an enlarged mass in the anterior wall of your uterus and also a mass in the Ovary I am suggesting that you have a uterine fibroid with an ovarian cyst

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and possible surgical interventional procedures
I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
