Hello

MRI findings may suggests mild degenerative changes in spine.
Region of spine is not mentioned in your query.
There is mild posterior inter vertebral disc herniation in left para central region with broad based disc osteophyte complex.Herniated disc is causing mild abutment of ventral left hemi thecal sac.It is also causing mild narrowing of central spinal canal.
There is no narrowing of lateral neural foramen.

Majority of degenerative disc disease patients are benefited by conservative treatment in the form of physiotherapy, analgesics and muscle relaxants.
Surgery is advised in non responding cases.
Physiotherapy helps in strengthening of paraspinal muscles and it prevents further changes.

Since you have mild findings,I expect you will need physiotherapy only.

Get well soon.
Take Care
