What Does Migraines Occurring Everyday Indicate?

I am a mom of a one year old, I still nurse him. I have been having bad migraines since the age of 17 but no one has seen anything seriously wrong with me. I want to know how would I know if something is wrong with me? The migraines are coming every day for a month now.

Hello and Thanks for posting your query on Healthcaremagic.

Hi, I had gone through the problem and carefully looked into the details mentioned. Based on your symptoms I assume you are suffering from migraines. When migraines worsen and become daily headache we need to consider medication overuse headache, transformed migraine and new disorder superimposed on migraines. In view of mom of one year old child and likely sleep disturbances I probably would still consider migraine if you are not overusing pain medications. See your neurologist for treatment of severe migraine in your at this point of time.

Wish you brother a good health.
I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Sincerely,

Dr. Shiva Kumar R.
