Based on your symptoms I assume you are suffering from migraines. When migraines worsen and become daily headache we need to consider medication overuse headache, transformed migraine and new disorder superimposed on migraines. In view of mom of one year old child and likely sleep disturbances I probably would still consider migraine if you are not overusing pain medications.
