What Does Lump Behind Earlobe Indicate?

I have a lump behind my left earlobe. I have had it for about 3 weeks. It started out looking like a blackhead then finally turned back to skin colored and looked like it was getting smaller. Then today it became larger again and is now a blackish blue color. Almost like a bruise. What could this be?

Hi. This could be infected sebaceous cyst as per your description.
Enlarging size with blackish blue color indicates that your should visit a Doctor to get this checked , get a prescription for an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines and if needed a small incision drainage.
