Hi,
Fluid level of AFI 11 is still within the normal range and baby weight is also normal. Pressure in the lower part is an indication that the head is beginning to descend down the delivery tract and the pain is usually due to laxity of pelvic joints and joint capsules inorder to make way for the head during delivery. Therefore be assured that everything is on the right track and your baby based on the history and your concern is doing fine.
