What Does Lipid Profile Test Result For Intermittent Chest Pain Indicate?

Hi, I am a male, 28, 5 9 . About four months back, i had some pain in my chest region. On and off pain, not constant and not in a single location. I went to the Doctor s, they did my ECG, which was normal. But, i just wanted to be sure, so, i went to a cardiologist and he said for inspection, you should get a TMT test done. My TMT was normal, (standard bruce protocol, 96% achieved after 11 mins on treadmill) after that i had an echo, which was also normal. A couple of ecg s were normal. Bp is also normal. But, my lipid profile is bad right now, this came to light when the doctor said to get the test done. LDL is 198, HDL is 43, Total cholesterol is 250 and triglycerides are 500. I am now taking cholesterol lowering medicines as prescribed by the doctor. Rosuvas F-10, once in a day, daily. But sometimes again i feel chest pains now and then. What is the reason behind it? I am not sure? Also, i smoke as well. But i am trying hard to quit, and i have reduced it certainly. I drink occasionally. My weight is 75 kgs right now. Is there something to be worried about?

Hi,

First of all,
1. Rosuvas F 10 which is a cholesterol-lowering tablet and this has to be taken at night time before sleep. As the cholesterol metabolisis at night.
2. Do some lifestyle modifications like walk or playing exercises in order to stay healthy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
