What Does Lateral Wall Ischemia On An ECG Report Indicate?

My doctor advise me that there is lateral wall ischemia..visit a cardiologist watching the ECG I am 58 years old, my weight is 74, blood plasma glucose[f] 122 mg/dl , [pp] 142 mg/dl, urea 24, vreatinine 1.10, uric acid 6.10. Except a little eye sight (vision) problem recently on left eye physically fit. 3 months back I found urinary track sen session and by test found sugar. What is lateral wall ischemia. What should I do now, PLease suggest me

For further assessment you may require electrocardiogram, 2 D Echo, stress test or coronary angiography after cardiologist consultation.

You may require urgent Thrombolysis or angioplasty after consultation.
