What does it mean when your sitting and you lose breath and you think your heart stops? Today in class i lost breathe and my hear started beating so slow i thought i was gonna die, but nothing happened it sped up and i got my breath back, help?

it means you should see a doctor. it could just be anxiety but better safe than sorry.
