What Does It Mean That The HPT Line Is Faint Positive?

Hello doctor. I had a very faint +ve home pregnancy test yesterday, I was trying to conceive so I checked it. But today I got my period on time.i m having menstrual cramps., I m in a confusion wether to take Ibrufen or not?? As Brufen is not safe in pregnancy.. N I m not sure that I m still pregnant?? Plz help me

You can take diclofenac sodium instead its safe in pregnancy (which seems you are not pregnant as home pregnancy test can give you false result to be sure repeat it).
