What does it mean if the CT scan report says that Sphenoid sinuses are unremarkable ?

What does sphenoid sinuses are unremarkable mean, I had a ct done and one among many things coming back was the sphenoid sinuses are unremarkable I was wondering what that meant.

1. It would mean that your sphenoid sinuses are normal in appearance, which is good.
2. Why were your CT and other investigations done?
