it means ur uterus is tilted backwards instead of forwards.in most cases it is from birth but but there are other factors that can cause the uterus to be retroverted like pelvic surgery, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease. but it will not cause any problem except some lower back pain. as per blood in the endometrial cavity , ther may be some pathology. better to consult a gynecologist and get clarified. take care

I went to the Dr. And got a test done the results where my uterus is retroverted my left ovary measures 4.4×23×2.9cm and demonstrates a likely dominant follicle measuring 1.7cm may be hemorrhagic. My question is what exactly does this mean? Can this make me unfertile? Should I consult a gynecologist about some type of procedure?
