it means ur uterus is tilted backwards instead of forwards.in most cases it is from birth but but there are other factors that can cause the uterus to be retroverted like pelvic surgery, pelvic adhesions, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease. but it will not cause any problem except some lower back pain. as per blood in the endometrial cavity , ther may be some pathology. better to consult a gynecologist and get clarified. take care

I went to the Dr. And got a test done the results where my uterus is retroverted my left ovary measures 4.4×23×2.9cm and demonstrates a likely dominant follicle measuring 1.7cm may be hemorrhagic. My question is what exactly does this mean? Can this make me unfertile? Should I consult a gynecologist about some type of procedure?

Hello.. I am a 27 year old female and have been with my husband for 10 years. I am trying to conceive my first child and the past couple of times my husband and I had sex was doggy style and there was bright red blood when we were finished. (We had previously throughout the month had sex 5 or 6 times girl on top with no problem.) There was no pain the first time, the second time, I could fee him hit my cervix during. I just had a pap smear 2-3 months ago that came back negative. Is this a sign of pregnancy or is it just my period coming early? I am on cycle day 20 and 7 days post ov. I also have a very retroverted uterus. Also, because it is only bleedig during and not after.. could it be coming from my husband?

whenever I have a bowel movement I have to lean back as if sitting in a recliner to be able to push the ecrement out and sometimes have to raise my legs pressing my knees together to get the muscles working. I have a tilted uterus and doctors have always had a hard time getting a speculum inserted for an exam. Could the titlted uterus be the cause? I am 60 years old and could this problem get worse as I age?
