What Does It Mean By Pus Cells 2-3/hpf In Semen Analysis?

I have analaysied semen and the report is Apperance: Creamy White, count /ml: 80 illion, Rapid Production: 65%, Slow progression: 10%, Non-Progressive motility: 5%, Immotile: 20%, normal 60%, abnormal 40%, Epithelial cells 0-1, and pus cells 2-3/hpf so please tell me whats the side effect of pus cells in my case and how i can remove

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.Infection in semen may compromise fertility.

Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon sensitivity report.
