What Does It Mean By Polycystic Change Of Both Ovaries In A USG Of Pelvis?

I am 22 years old.I have done USG of Pelvis.It reveals small polycytic change of both ovaries and there is an evidence of increased stromal echogenecity and tiny subcapsular follicles are arranged peripherally noted in both ovaries.What should I do now?Is there anything serious?Will it affect my married life in future?
