What Does Inflammatory Granuloma In Frontal Parasaggital Location Mean?

My brother had epileptic fit today morning for the second time in life.He is 13 years old.First fit occured on 1st jan 2011 but at that time we didn't know what happened.Doctor said to have a ct scan.It says small calcified granuloma left high frontal parasaggital location.Inflammatory granuloma(N.C.C./Tuberculoma)What does it means?

Inflamatory granuloma - granuloma generally seen after healed infection like tuberculosis ( the granuloma called - tuberculoma), Neurocysticercosis (NCC) means - a parasitic infection after healing / dead parasite seen as a granuloma.

The location of the granuloma is seen in the - frontal location ( front side of the brain.
