Hi excessive fluid in pregnancy is called hydramnios. It is essential that you undergo oggt blood test any abnormalty in glucose controle.and correct it. Your scan suggesting bladder outlet obstructionwith parenchymal damage is not a good sign .you are only 23 weeks.lung maturity of the foetus will take two more months. Meanwhile have adetailed anomaly scan in a good materno foetal unit to rule out any other obstructive anomaly of upper gi of the foetus have serial scan done if evrything is well after a course of lungmaturing betamethasone. And intervene by ceadarean section with nicu back up.
