What Does Hypogammaglobulinemina Mean And Is It Treatable?

My neurologist had me take blood tests. Results reads consistent with hypogammaglobulinemina . Serum free light chains or urine immunofixation should be considered if plasma cell dyscrasias are a possible clinical diagnosis . This is freaking me out. I have an appointment with pcp but in the meantime I am scared. Can you provide any assistance as I am sitting here scared and crying. I have neuropathy in right hand and both feet.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the kind of neuropathy you have then the given reports may not be correlated with that and it does not prove something like that any more and it may not be taken into consideration for diagnosis criteria or prognosis one hope this information helps.
