What Does Hyper Aerated Lungs In The Following X-ray Report Suggest?

What does this x ray interpretation mean, both lungs are hyper aerated with lowest slightly flattened hemidiaphragms. Patchy densities are seen in the right paracardiac area. Note of vigor king deformity of the 6th rib, right side, a congenital abnormality. Impression: consider right middle lobe pneumonitis. Bilateral hypereation.

it can be pneumonitis. have to start anti tubercular treatment. can consult pulmonologist for clinical examination and review of xray.
