Hello and welcome to HCM,
MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW are red cell indices.
They indicate the volume, hemoglobinizationa nd hemoglobin conventration of the red blood cells.
Since, you are a smoker, a littele increase in size of red blood cells and increased hemoglobinization is expected.
The values are only marginally raised so nothing to worry.
The change is physiological.
RDW measures the variation in size of red blood cells.
Thus, there is little variation but without any consequences.
The normal monocyte count is between 2-10, thus, your level is normal.
Monocytes are increased in chronic infections.

Thanks and take care
