Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is unlikely for gamma Gt levels to increase and alkaline phosphatase to remain within normal limits.
Alkaline phosphatase is increased in diseases of liver, lesions of germ tissues and diseases of bone.
However, when associated with increase in gamma GT levels, the origin of disease in the liver is confirmed.
You can take test for 5-nucleotidase which is another enzyme raised in cases of liver diseases.
If 5-nucleotidase is also raised an abnormality of the liver is confirmed.
In such a case the alkaline phosphatase levels can be repeated since low levels of alkaline phosphatase could be due to some instrumental error.

Thanks and take care
