What Does Hair From Anus Indicate?
I was taking a shower tonight when I moved on to washing my butt, and felt a weird pain that felt like someone was pulling my hair, but inside my anus. I explored and found that there was actually a little hair coming out of my anus so I pulled on it. I felt it coming out from the inside of me and it turned out being about half a foot long, and originated from the interior of my anus. What is this?

A clinical assessment of the site is required to know the origin of hair tuft.
Tuft of hair can be present in the cleft above the buttocks and this condition is called pilonidal sinus.
Hair are normally present in the anal canal and these hair can be the normal hair present in the canal.
Thus, for further work up, clinical assessment is required.
