What Does Green Color In The Field Of Vision Indicate?

After a nap, when I first open my eyes, the wall in front of me , which is a wedgewood blue colour shows as brilliant emerald green. It corrects itself in the time it takes to register the wall is green. I am diabetic. Could this have anything to do with this issue. It has happened a few times recently. Thanks for your help.
