What Does Gram Stain Result Suggest?
gram stain shows plenty of epithelial cells and few pus cells.plenty of gram positive bacilli morphologically similar to lactobacillus and diphtheroids seen. no gram negative cocci in pairs or coccobacilli seen. no clu cells seen. no budding yeast cells seen.
