Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your friend is suffering from calculus cholecystitis (infection of gall bladder)due to calculus in gall bladder.Infection of gall bladder is indicated by wall thickening of gall bladder and mild fluid around gall bladder.
At present she should be managed conservatively with antibiotics and analgesics. After resolution of infection, removal of gall bladder(cholecystectomy) should be done as it is the treatment of choice for gall bladder calculus.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
