What Does Frequent Mood Swings And Feeling Sick Indicate?

Hi. I stopped taking the contraceptive pill at the start of october due to it causing sickness and diarrhoea, also my mood swings still had not stopped after changing to this, which was the 3rd, pill i tried. Since then me and my husband have been having sex. On october 22nd i did a pregnancy test and it came back positive, but the next day i started bleeding so i went into the local walk in centre to get advice, they said it may have been a chemical pregnancy or a miscarriage, but they said that it would of been too early for the pregnancy test to pick up the hormones that are released when your pregnant. So they did a test, which came back negative, and then they referred me to the hospital, and they said that its too early to tell as they did two tests and both said negative. I dont like blood tests im scared of needles so they couldnt do alot for me. But now ive been feeling sick 24/7. We have had sex 2-3 times in the last week, but yesterday he accused me of not taking my pill and trying to get pregnant, but he was the one who said to me to come off the pill if i thought it was that causing my mood swings. So now im scared that he will accuse me of trying to get pregnant, which im not as im only 17 and im scared of pregnancy. Do you think that feeling sick all day every day could mean that im pregnant? Also, the past 2 days ive been exhausted, but so exhausted that i cant sleep?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Well, in the current scenario, to clarify, you have to get a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route if you are at least a few days after your expected period. Please remember that a home pregnancy test can read well 3-7 days after the missed period while the blood test can be performed as early as a week after ovulation. If you do not wish to conceive, consult a gynecologist to help you choose an appropriate contraceptive mode once this present situation is dealt with. Hope this helps.
